不同植入物内固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连临床比较

摘　　要：目的对四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的治疗中使用不同植入内固定的治疗方式的实际效果进行分析。方法选取2010年3月~2017年3月我院收治的四肢创伤骨折后骨不连的患者54例作为研究分析对象,不同患者分别进行动力加压钢板、带锁髓内钉、外固定架三种方式固定,比较之间的效果。结果动力加压钢板输血量及引流量最多,外固定架切口最短、手术时间最短,带锁髓内钉治疗效果最佳(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连中,带锁髓内钉的治疗效果最好,在临床医学中值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the actual effect of different internal fixation methods in the treatment of nonunion of limbs fracture.Methods Three patients were fixed with dynamic compression plate,interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator respectively,and the effect was compared.Results The amount of blood transfusion and the volume of drainage of the dynamic compression plate were the most,the incision of the external fixator was the shortest,the operation time was the shortest,and the treatment effect of the interlocking intramedullary nail was the best(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of nonunion of limbs fracture,the treatment effect of interlocking intramedullary nail is the best,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical medicine.
