氨氯地平合并瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氨氯地平合并瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法将2015年1月~2017年6月于我院接受治疗的90例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,对比采用硝苯地平治疗(对照组,45例)与应用氨氯地平合并瑞舒伐他汀治疗(观察组,45例)在血压及临床疗效方面的差异。结果两组治疗后收缩压与舒张压均有明显下降,且观察组效果更加显著(t=5.195,P<0.05;t=5.315,P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的60.00%,结果对比有统计学意义(x2=16.457,P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平合并瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效显著,有着较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods The January 2015~2017 year in June in our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of hypertension and coronary heart disease patients as the research object,compared with nifedipine treatment(control group,45 cases)and amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin atorvastatin treatment(observation group,45 cases)differences in blood pressure and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased,and the observation group was more significant(t=5.195,P<0.05;t=5.315,P<0.05);the clinical treatment efficiency of observation group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 60%in the control group,the difference has statistically significant(x2=16.457,P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with rosuvastatin significantly effect of statin treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease,with a high clinical value.
