摘　　要：目的分析红外线耳温仪应用在急诊预检当中的效果。方法将2017年01月05日~2017年11月01日在本院接受急诊预检的患者共400例作为此次的研究对象,都用水银体温计和红外线耳温仪测量体温,对比两种测量方法获得的体温值、花费时间以及不良问题发生情况。结果两种体温计测量获得的体温值相差不大(P>0.05),红外线耳温仪测量体温需要的时间(3.05±0.61秒)更短,无不良问题发生(P<0.05)。结论在急诊预检中应用红外线耳温仪测量体温结果准确且节省时间。Objective To analyze the effect of infrared ear thermometer used in emergency pre-screening.Methods A total of 400 patients undergoing emergency pre-screening in our hospital from January 01,2016 to January 2017,2017,were selected as the subjects of this study.Body temperature was measured with a mercury thermometer and an infrared ear thermometer,comparing with those obtained by the two measurement methods Body temperature,time spent,and bad things happen.Results The body temperature measured by the two thermometers had little difference(P>0.05).The time required for the infrared thermometer to measure body temperature(3.05±0.61 second)was shorter and no adverse problems occurred(P<0.05).Conclusions Accurate and time-saving measurements of body temperature using an infrared thermometer in emergency preflight.
