研究奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗咽喉反流的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗咽喉反流(LRP)的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年8月~2017年8月收治的LRP患者50例进行分组研究,将50例LRP患者平均分为对照组和治疗组各25例;依据为不同的治疗方法,对照组采用单纯奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组采用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、各临床症状缓解时间以及治疗过程中不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,比较差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组胃胀缓解时间、反酸缓解时间以及咽喉部异物感缓解时间均显著短于参照组,组间比较;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮可显著改善咽喉反流的临床症状,具有很高的安全性,可在临床将其作为首选治疗方案进行推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux(LRP).Methods 50 cases of LRP patients in our department were divided into two groups.According to different treatment,the control group were treated with omeprazole,and the treatment group were treated with omeprazole combined with domperidone,respectively the clinical symptoms of two groups were compared in the efficacy,remission time and adverse reaction.Results The difference was significant(P<0.05)in the total effective rate between the two groups;the bloating relief time,reflux time and relieve throat foreign body sensation remission time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control one,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with domperidone can be used in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR)because of the high efficacy and security.
