摘　　要：目的探讨护理延伸服务对艾滋病患者服药依从性及社会支持水平的影响。方法对照组实施普通护理,观察组在此基础上实施护理延伸服务。探讨患者服药依从性和社会支持水平。结果观察组对服药相关知识依从率为100%,明显高于对照组的67.86%(P<0.05);观察组客观支持、主观感知、支持利用度和支持总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理延伸服务对艾滋病患者的疗效显著,可显著提高患者的服药依从性及社会支持水平。Objective To explore the effect of nursing extension service on drug compliance and social support of AIDS patients.Methods The control group was given general nursing care,and the observation group was given the nursing extension service on this basis.The effect of patient compliance and social support level was discussed.Results The compliance rate of the patients in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 67.86%(P<0.05);The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in objective support,subjective perception,support utilization and support score(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing extension service has remarkable curative effect on AIDS patients,significantly improves the patient's compliance and social support.
