摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者的护理危机和防范措施。方法选择2015年12月~2016年12月来我科就诊的220例老年患者为研究对象,并且按照随机原则平均分成A组和B组,各110例。A组采用常规护理,B组采用综合护理干预,并对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 B组相较于A组,不良反应发生率明显更低,护理有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取综合护理干预方法能够有效减少老年患者不良反应发生引起的护理危机,并可以针对不良反应及时采取防范处理措施,提高护理有效率,值得在临床护理中大力推广和应用。Objective To explore the nursing risk and preventive measures of elderly patients.Methods 220 elderly patients who came to our hospital from December 2015 to December to 2016 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into two groups:A and B according to the principle of randomization.There were 110 cases in each group.Among them,A group take routine nursing method,B group adopt comprehensive nursing intervention method,compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results Compared with the A group,the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower,the effective rate of nursing was significantly higher,the difference between the two groups was significant and comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing crisis caused by the adverse reactions of elderly patients,and the adverse reactions can take timely preventive measures,improve nursing efficiency,worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
