摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员针刺伤的危险因素及防范措施。方法选取2016年2月~2017年7月门诊护士40名作为研究对象进行调查研究,利用问卷的形式分析护理人员针刺伤相关问题。结果医院护理人员针刺伤主要危险因素:针刺伤认识不足占40%、个人操作习惯不当占30%、针刺废弃物处理不当占20%、环境因素占10%。结论护理人员针刺伤的因素比较多,其中针刺伤认识低、个人因素、废弃物处理不当和环境因素等是其主要因素,所以医院必须针对这些因素提出科学的防范措施,从而有效避免针刺伤的发生。Objective To explore the risk factors and preventive measures of needle stick injuries among nurses.Methods From February 2016 to July^2017,40 outpatient nurses were investigated and analyzed.The problems of needle injuries among nurses were analyzed by questionnaire.Results The main risk factors of needle stick injuries among hospital nurses were 40%of insufficient knowledge of needle and stab,30%of improper personal habits,20%of improper treatment of acupuncture waste and 10%of environmental factors.Conclusion The factors of needle stick injury more,including needle,low awareness of personal factors,improper waste disposal and environmental factors are the main factors,so the hospital must according to these factors put forward scientific preventive measures,so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of needle stick injuries.
