摘　　要：本文以2018年3月23日发生的中美贸易争端事件为背景,从多个视角深入分析了当前中美贸易争端问题需要关注的五个方面,即"一个中心""两个基本点""三个防止""四个主要任务"和"五项措施"。此次中美贸易争端的核心是增长问题,是以遏制中国高科技产业发展为核心的行业发展问题。对于此次贸易争端,中国在战略上要坚持合作共赢,在战术上要坚持"竞争对抗、以战止战",既要防止战术上轻视退让,又要防止在战略上出现情绪化的过度反应,看不到中美具有广泛的合作基础和共同利益,防止偏离中国改革开放和经济发展的大局。未来中国应积极推动高科技产业的迅速发展,推动全球治理体系重构,推动开放新战略,推动国际国币新体系的重构。Based on the Sino-US trade conflict that occurred on March 23,2018,this paper analyzes this issue in depth from various angles five aspects,namely“one center”,“two basic points”,“three preventions”,“four major tasks”,and“five measures”.The core of the trade confl ict between China and the United States is the issue of development.It is an industry development issue on curbing the development of China’s hightech industry.For this trade conflict,China must adhere to a strategy of cooperation and win-win,in which in terms of tactics China must adhere to the principle of“competitive confrontation and war to stop the war”,and prevent the emergence of emotional over-strategy ignoring that China and the United States have a broad base of cooperation and common interests,in order to prevent deviations from the overall situation of China’s reform,opening up,and economic development.In the future,China should actively promote the rapid development of high-tech industries,reconstruction of the global governance system,opening of new strategies,and reconstruction of the new international currency system.
