摘  要:行动者网络理论作为一种针对复杂对象的理论分析方法,为高校"双一流"建设的外部支撑研究提供了新的认识角度和结构化的构建方式。在其理论框架下参与高校建设的各方外部行动者以广义对称性原则联结起来形成高校的外部支撑,并通过问题定义、引起兴趣、招募吸收和示范动员四个阶段的转译过程实现高校发展需求与自身利益分配的共轭。在此基础上,从提升网络转译维度、扩展行动者属性、建立更高层级网络化组织三种思路出发进行的网络优化改良,能够使"双一流"建设的效率得到提升,成本得到控制,避免资源浪费,从而在局部和整体两方面同时推进我国"双一流"建设的进程。Actor-network theory,as a theoretical analysis method for complex objects,provides a new understanding and structured way for the research on the external support of udouble world-class construction in colleges and universities.Under its theoretical framework,the external actors involved in the construction of colleges and universities are connected by the principle of generalized symmetry to form the external support.And through the four stages of translation process,namely,problem definition,interest exciting,recruitment and absorption,demonstration and mobilization,the conjugation between development needs and distribution of interests is realized.On this basis,from the three ideas of improving the translation dimension,expanding the property of the actor and establishing higher levels of network organization,the network optimization is accomplished,which can improve the efficiency of udouble world-class^,construction,control costs and avoid waste of resources,so as to push forward local and the whole“double world-class”construction process in China
