跨境电商物流联盟云平台的构建及运作研究

摘　　要：首先从跨境电商物流的特殊性、制约其发展要素、经营模式等五个方面对跨境电商物流联盟云平台的构建进行分析;然后从组织主体、组织结构、运作特征等多个维度对跨境电商物流联盟云平台发展进行探讨;结果表明跨境电商物流联盟需以大数据技术为驱动,积极发展跨境物流管理云平台,通过对联盟内物流资源进行有效整合,实现联盟内跨境运输无缝衔接,最终达到提升联盟品牌及经济效益的目的。This paper starts from the five aspects of particularity,the restriction element and operation mode of cross-border e-commerce logistics to analyze the establishment of cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance cloud platform,and discusses for organization subjects,organization structure,operation characteristics and other dimensions;the results indicate that the cross-border e-commerce logistics alliance should be driven by big data technology to actively develop the cross-border logistics management cloud platform,by effectively integrating the logistics resource in the alliance,the seamless connection of cross-border transportation within the alliance will be accomplished,and the promotion in alliance brand and economic effect will be achieved eventually.
