摘　　要：习近平科技创新思想是特定时代背景、理论渊源和实践智慧相结合而确立形成并丰富完善的重大理论成果,系统回答了中国特色社会主义新时代的科技创新是什么、当代中国需要什么样的科技创新、新时代怎样坚持推进科技创新等关键问题。其中最引人瞩目的亮点表现为面向规律、面向制度、面向前沿、面向需求等"四个面向",具备系统性、针对性、前瞻性、实效性等内在特征,是对科技创新事业的顶层设计。Xi Jinping’s innovation thoughts about science and technology are the significant theoretic achievement which is built up on the foundation of specific era background,theoretical origin and phronesis,and it’s being enriched and consummated with time.Xi Jinping’s innovation thoughts about science and technology systematically answer the pivotal questions what is the scientific and technological innovation with Chinese characteristics in the new era,what kind of scientific and technological innovations are needed in contemporary China,and how to adhere to the scientific and technological innovation in the new era.One of the most attractive highlights is“four-oriented”:performance-oriented,system-oriented,frontier-oriented and demand-oriented,and it has several internal features such as systematicness,pertinence,farsightedness and effectiveness,which is a complete top-level design of science and technology innovation.
