摘　　要：当前东部沿海地区大部分加工企业陷入了一个"两低"困境——全球价值链的低端位置和国家价值链的下游低收益率环节。文章从国家价值链的视角出发,探讨东部沿海地区加工企业位于"两低"困境的原因,提出突破该困境的可行路径,并以雅戈尔集团的成功经验为例,指出突破当前困境的主要障碍以及相应可行的策略选择。Nowadays,most of the processing companies in the eastern coastal areas have fallen into a two-low dilemma:the low end of the global value chain and the low rate of downstream profitability in the national value chain.From the perspective of the national value chain,this paper explores the reasons behind the eastern coastal processing companies’location in the low end of the global value chain and the low rate of return in the downstream of tlie national value chain.Based on this,it proposes feasible paths to break through the dilemma and takes the successful experience of Youngor Group as an example to point out the major obstacles to the current predicament and the corresponding tactical options that can be implemented.
