摘　　要：为人民群众创造健康幸福的生活,是中国共产党带领人民革命的初心与使命,不断完善国民健康政策是新中国建设与发展的战略议题。新中国成立以来,卫生工作方针几经调整变化,由"四大方针"到以农村为重点,由新时期卫生工作方针到新形势下的卫生与健康工作方针。究其根本,为人民健康服务、防患于未然、发挥中西医各自优势、动员人民群众广泛参与,是经过实践检验的积极有效的卫生工作方针和经验总结。以此为指导,中国的卫生事业走出了一条独特的发展道路,取得了令世界瞩目的成就。进入中国特色社会主义新时代,以全民健康为核心,以普及健康生活、优化健康服务、完善健康保障等内容为重点的健康中国战略,不仅是中国人民的福祉,也是贡献给世界的中国智慧。Creating a healthy and happy life for the masses is the beginner’s mind and mission of the People’s revolution led by the CPC,and continuously perfecting the national health policy is the strategic issue of the construction and development of new China.Since the founding of New China,the hygiene work policy had changed many times from“four principles”to rural-focused and from hygiene policy of the new period to hygiene and health work policy under the new situation.The service for the people’s health,taking preventive measures,the exertion of the advantages of Chinese and Western medicine and the mobilization for the masses to participate widely are the positive and effective health work guideline and experience summary.According to the guide,China’s hygiene cause has come out a unique development path and made the world’s attention to its achievements.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the strategy of healthy China,with the whole people’s health as the core and focused on popularizing healthy life,optimizing health service,improving health protection and so on is not only the welfare of Chinese people,but also the wisdom of China to contribute to the world.
