摘　　要：1949年7月8日西藏地方当局突然向国民政府驻藏办事处宣布暂时断绝与国民政府的政治关系,要求所有国民政府驻藏机关和人员限期离藏。20日,国民政府派驻西藏地方的官员全部被驱离。噶厦政府为何能在短短的13天内实现对国民政府驻藏官员的驱逐,其原因值得分析。作者认为除了噶厦政府暗中筹备,突然发动对国民政府驻藏官员的驱逐外,溃败中的国民政府"无力"营藏,印、英、美等国际力量对噶厦政府的支援与协助等,是噶厦政府得以在短时间内成功驱逐国民政府全部驻藏官员的主要原因。On 8 July,1949,the Kashag Government suddenly announced to the Residential Office of Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission in Tibet that they temporarily decided to cut off political relations with national government,and all the organizations and personnel of National Government in Tibet must leave from Tibet.On 20 July,All the officials of National Government in Tibet were made to leave Tibet.In just 13 days,Kashag government expelled the National Government officials in Tibet,the reason behind which is worth analyzing.This paper holds that except for Kashag s the secret preparation,and the lack of power to rule Tibet for the National Government which were going through a defeat,the support and assistance from India,Britain and America,provide assistance to the Kashag Government was the main reason why Kashag could force all the National Government officials to leave in such a short time.
