摘　　要：研究目标:揭示各区域服务业TFP及其分解部分演化过程中的异质性现象、程度和特征趋势,评估服务业TFP异质性影响效果。研究方法:采用超越对数生产函数测算TFP及其构成部分,采用动态分布法分析TFP演化趋势对服务业发展差距影响,采用K-R分解法和可导性对数方差分解法分析TFP及其构成部分对服务业发展差距贡献度,采用VAR协整检验和误差修正模型(VECM)评估TFP及其构成部分异质性作用于服务业发展差距的长短期效应。研究发现:东部地区具有较高服务业TFP增长率,且省际异质性逐步缩小;西部地区服务业TFP增长滞后,且省际异质性不断扩大;中部地区服务业TFP增长率和省际异质性较小。TFP异质性是造成区域间服务业发展差距扩大的主要原因,其中技术效率改进异质性是主导因素。研究创新:比较区域间服务业TFP及其构成部分演化过程中的异质性,揭示TFP及其构成部分异质性程度和特征趋势,评估其对服务业发展差距的影响效应。研究价值:阐明我国区域服务业TFP异质性演化进程及其对服务业发展差距影响效应,为提升我国服务业TFP水平和实现区域间服务业协调可持续性发展提供决策参考。Research Objectives:The paper reveals the phenomenon,degree and tendency of heterogeneity in regional service TFP's evolutin,and evaluate the effection of such heterogeneityResearch Methods:Firstly,the paper uses Translog Production Function to measure the TFP and its decompositionSecondly,the paper uses Markov chain model to investigate the influence of TFP evolutionThirdly,the paper uses KR decomposition model and conductivity variance decomposition model to estimate the contribution of each partFourthly,the paper uses VAR and VECM model to assess the effect of heterogeneity on service TFP and it's decompositionResearch Findings:Eastern region has a high level TFP development,and the heterogeneity is decliningWestern region's TFP is low,and the heterogeneity is increasingCentral region's TFP and heterogeneity are all low,and the rangeability is stableThe service TFP heterogeneity is the main reason leading to differences in regions development,and technical efficiency is the key elementResearch Innovations:Compared the heterogeneity of TFP and it's decomposition in different regions,the paper reveals the degree and tendency of the heterogeneity,and accesses the heterogeneity on service development gapResearch Value:Through analyzing the procession of service TFP's heterogeneous evolution,the paper provides a reference decisionmaking on service TFP promotion and sustainable development.
