汕尾垦区农业经营体制改革创新的现状、问题与对策

摘　　要：农业经营体制始终是农垦改革发展绕不开的重要话题。面对我国经济进入新常态,以更好的经营方式把垦区农业的潜在生产能力有效释放出来,既关系到广东农垦如何推进农业供给侧结构性改革,也关系到如何保障国家战略资源安全和城市重要农产品有效供给的顺利进行。该文以汕尾农垦为例,深入剖析汕尾垦区农业经营体制改革创新的现状与问题,研究提出下一步汕尾垦区农业经营体制改革创新的思路、重点与措施。Agricultural management system has always been an important topic in the reform and development of agribusiness.In the new era of reform and opening up,how to effectively release the potential productivity of agriculture in reclamation areas is related to not only the way Guangdong Agribusiness Group Corporation pushes the supply-side structural reform in agriculture but also the safety of national strategic resources and the smooth supply of important urban agricultural products.This paper has made a deep analysis of status quo and problems of agricultural management reform in Shanwei Reclamation Area and put forward the idea,key points and measures of it.
