农业产业化龙头企业发展涉农平台经济的作用、问题和对策

摘　　要：近年龙头企业通过发展涉农电商平台、综合性为农服务平台及农业产业链集成服务平台等涉农平台经济模式,加快了平台经济在农业农村经济领域发展。涉农平台经济发展,开辟了龙头企业发挥不同主体协同创新效应的新路径,推动了农业产业化经营机制创新,成为现代农业农村经济体系新动力。龙头企业借助涉农服务平台,提高资源整合能力和创新驱动能力,拓展市场空间和增值空间,整合、再造无效、低效环节,构建不同经营主体间新型协作共赢关系,有利于小农户步入现代农业轨道,成为农业供给侧结构性改革"领航者"。涉农服务平台是新型农业服务主体重要组成,也是建设新型农业服务体系、实施乡村振兴战略重要抓手。发展涉农平台经济面临盲目建设、功能雷同、盈利较难、制度约束等问题和挑战。因此,提出以龙头企业发展涉农平台经济加快农业产业化经营机制创新、推动农业供给侧结构性改革、建设现代农业农村经济体系的对策建议。In recent years,the agricultural leading enterprises developed platform economy rapidly by developing agricultural related e-commerce platform,comprehensive agricultural service platform and agricultural industry chain integrated service platform.The agricultural platform economy opened up a new path for leading enterprises to exert the synergistic and innovative effects of different subjects,promoted the innovation of agricultural industrialization mechanism and became the new power of modern agricultural and rural economic system.With the help of agricultural service platforms,leading enterprises enhanced resource integration and innovation-driven capability,expanded market and value-added space,re-created ineffective and inefficient links,established a new type of collaborative win-win relationship,introduced small farmers into the track of modern agriculture,and put forward supply-side structural reform in agriculture.Therefore,agriculture service platform was an important emerging agricultural service subject,also key point for building new type of agricultural service system and pursuing rural vitalization strategy.However,there were some problems and challenges,such as blind construction,similar functions,more difficult profits and system constraints.The suggestions were put forward for accelerating the innovation of agricultural industrialization mechanism,promoting the supply-side structural reform in agriculture and building the modern agricultural and rural economic system by developing the agricultural relevant platform economy.
