摘　　要：从空间经济学角度出发,考虑了城市商圈空间结构异质性和空间集聚等特性,构建城市商圈一般均衡模型,并利用计算机仿真工具对影响城市商圈空间结构的空间演进因素进行模拟实验.结果证实:城市规模的扩大是城市商业及其空间结果演化最为重要的外生动力;人口密度增加后,城市商圈的空间外部性得到显著增强;城市交通设施通过内部交通通达性改变商业空间结构;电子商务极大促进了商业业态的发展,从规模和质量上提升城市商业空间结构.From the perspective of spatial economics,considering the characteristics of spatial heterogeneity and spatial agglomeration of urban business district,in this paper,we construct a general equilibrium model of urban business areas,and use computer simulation tools to explore the spatial evolution factors that influence the spatial structure of city commercial area.Simulation results show that the expansion of the city is the most important exogenous dynamic evolution of commercial city;population density increased,the space outside the city district can be significantly enhanced;city traffic facilities by changing the internal structure of commercial space transportation accessibility;the development of electronic commerce has greatly promoted the development of commerce the rise and development of new commercial activities,from the size and quality improvement of city commercial space structure.
