摘  要:龙口水电站3号机组停机过程中,因导叶关闭不严使得导叶漏水量较之前增大,机组转速惯性下降阶段耗时增加。按照机组现地控制单元中"空转→停机"流程顺序进行扫描,检测从"导叶全关"信号到"机组转速小于20%Ne"信号的计时情况,两信号实际间隔时间频繁超过设定值,从而导致机组停机不成功。为有效避免由于机组停机时导叶关闭不严影响机组正常停机,对机组现地控制单元中"空转→停机"流程进行了优化处理,解决了停机时机组转速下降缓慢的问题。Shutdown of the No.3 Unit in Longkou Hydropower Station spent much more time in inertia speed-drop stage because of the larger water leakage,which caused by the improper closing of the guide vane.The procedure from idle statu to stop statu of the local control unit(LCU)timed the interval from full closed of guide vane to less than 20%Ne of unit speed in sequential scan execution.The actual interval between the two signals was often beyond the set value,which led to unsuccessful unit shutdown.The new procedure have been optimised to avoide the adverse effect to normal operation of the unit because of improper closing of the guide vane,through which the issues of slower unit speed reduction was solved.
