培养高校学生对体育锻炼兴趣的方法研究

摘　　要：利用好已有的文献里面的材料,通过运用问卷调查和数理统计等方法,探索当前大学生对体育锻炼的态度情况以及特点,并分析高校学生在对待体育锻炼方面的动机、态度和喜爱的运动项目,最后,找到培养大学生进行体育锻炼的兴趣的最有效办法。Making good use of the materials in the existing literature and using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the attitude and characteristics of the current college students'to physical exercise are explored.And the motivation,attitude and favorite sports items of college students in dealing with physical exercise are analyzed.Finally,the most effective methods to cultivate the interest of college students in physical exercise are found out.
