摘  要:本文设计了一种以重力势能驱动的具有方向控制功能的无碳小车,包括驱动机构、转向机构、调节机构等在内的机械结构。运用仿真软件Adams对无碳小车进行整车的运动学仿真,通过软件对小车的模型进行简化和调整,实现齿轮传动、驱动速度、以及车轮与地面间摩擦的模拟,得到仿真条件下小车的运动轨迹。仿真结果与实物实验表明:小车能够完整的跑出S型轨迹,可以绕开障碍物,满足预期的设计要求。In this paper,a carbon-free car driven by gravity potential energy is designed,which includes driving mechanism,steering mechanism,adjusting mechanism,and so on.The simulation software Adams is used to simulate the whole car kinematics.The model of the car is simplified and adjusted through the software,and the simulation of gear transmission,driving speed and friction between wheel and ground is realized.The motion trajectory of the car is obtained under the simulation conditions.The simulation results and the physical experiments show that the vehicle can run the S-shaped trajectory completely and can bypass obstacles,thus it could meet the expected design requirements.
