摘  要:设计了一款气体置换泵,并对其压力-流量特性进行了仿真和实验。该气体置换泵利用压缩空气作为动力推动封闭容器内的液体流动,通过改变压缩空气的压力可以实现流量的无级调节,具有成本低、结构简单、可靠性高、免维护等特点,而且清洁无污染,主要适用于防爆和现场有气源的场合,目前已成功应用在样品前处理设备上。In this paper,a gas displacement pump is designed,and the pressure-flow characteristics of the pump is also simulated and tested.In the gas displacement pump,compressed air is used as a power to drive the liquid flow in the closed container.By changing pressure of the compressed air,the flow can be adjusted continuously.It has the characteristics of low cost,simple structure,high reliability,free from maintenance,and so on;and it is clean and pollution-free.It is mainly applied to occasions of explosion-proof and on-site gas source,and it has been successfully applied to the sample pretreatment equipment at present.
