摘　　要：为满足石油钻机在钻进过程中需要高压泥浆作业和快速拆装钻杆的需求,设计了一种7000米钻机用450吨级高压两用水龙头。其主要工作原理和传统钻井水龙头相同,主要针对承压零部件进行结构优化,以满足钻机使用高压泥浆的需求,同时在新的水龙头上增加了自动旋扣装置,达到快速拆装钻杆的目的,提高工作效率。此高压两用水龙头的设计能更好的满足钻机在复杂地质条件下,安全、快速钻进的需求,适应能力更强,具有广泛的应用前景。In order to meet the demands of high pressure mud operation and rapid disassembly of drilling rig during the drilling process of oil drilling rig,a kind of 7000 meter drill with 450 ton high pressure dual-purpose swivel is designed in this paper.Its main working principle is the same as that of the traditional drilling water swivel,structure of the pressure parts is mainly optimized in order to meet the needs of the drilling rig using high pressure mud;At the same time,the automatic screwing device has been added to the new swivel to achieve the purpose of rapid disassembling and installing the drill rods,thus to improve the work efficiency.The design of this high pressure dual-purpose swivel can better meet the requirements of drilling rig safely and quickly under complex geological conditions,and it also has better adaptability and wide application prospects.
