基于VB的SW二次开发二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器设计

摘　　要：二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器传统的设计方法内容复杂且计算量大,浪费大量的人力和时间,已不能满足生产需要。对二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器进行参数化设计,采用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发设计,编写高效、便捷的工程软件,将能大大节省人力,从而提高设计效率,缩短产品的设计周期,加快新产品推向市场的时间,为减速器的设计提供了一种新方法。The traditional design method of the secondary helical gear decelerator is complex and requires a large amount of calculations.It wastes a lot of manpower and time and can no longer meet the production requirements.The parametric design of the secondary helical gear reducer is implemented in this paper.The use of VB for secondary development and design of SolidWorks,and the preparation of efficient and convenient engineering software will greatly save manpower,increase the design efficiency and shorten the product design cycle,thereby accelerate the introduction of new products to the market,and it would provide a new method for the design of reducers.
