摘　　要：汽车离合器是汽车传动系统的重要部件,但用户在使用过程中常遇到分离不彻底、起步发抖、异响、起步打滑等常见故障。首先介绍了离合器的作用,接着对打滑这一重点问题进行台架检测和数据分析,利用鱼骨图和FTA工具分析导致打滑问题的几个方面并提出了解决方法,对汽车从业人员有较好的参考价值。Automobile clutch is an important part of the automobile transmission system,but the users often encounter common faults such as the incomplete separation,start shaking,noise,and start slipping in the using process.In this paper,the function of clutch is introduced;then the platform detection and data analysis on the key slipping problem are carried out;finally,causes of the slipping problem are analyzed by using the Fishbone map and FTA tool,and the solutions are also put forward.This paper has a good reference value to the automobile practitioners.
