摘  要:为设计开发一种具有吸声特性的纺织新产品,利用中空尼龙长丝作为芯丝纺制了棉/中空尼龙长丝包芯纱,再制取为织物,对织物的吸声性能及撕破、透气、热阻、弯曲性能进行了研究。结果表明,采用低捻度的棉/中空尼龙长丝包芯纱,其松散的纱线结构可以很好的保持纤维中空特性,所制取的织物吸声性能良好,撕破、弯曲性能较优,热阻较低有利于改善织物的吸声性能,但织物透气性较差。In order to design and develop a kind of new textile products with sound absorption property,the hollow nylon filament was used as the core yarn to produce cotton/hollow nylon filament core-spun yarn,and then it was made into fabric.Meanwhile,the sound absorption,tearing,air permeability,thermal resistance and bending properties of this fabric were investigated.The results indicate that for the cotton/hollow nylon filament core-spun yarn with low twist,the unconsolidated yarn structure can keep hollow feature of the fiber well.The fabric has good sound absorption property.In addition,the tearing and bending properties are also good.Lower thermal resistance can benefit for sound absorption property of the fabric,but the fabric has poor air permeability.
