摘　　要：为使用电脑缠绕绣花机刺绣3D绳绣鞋面,采用贴楦展平法设计出3D绳绣鞋面平面样板,应用田岛电脑刺绣花样设计软件设计3D绳绣鞋面刺绣花样,给出了鞋面的后整理方法。该3D绳绣鞋面成型度高、轻薄透气、造型美观、制作工艺简洁、低碳环保,为3D绳绣鞋面提供设计和生产依据。In this paper,computerized cording embroidery machine was used to embroider 3D cording embroidery shoe upper,and post shoe last model method was used to design the 3D cording embroidery shoe upper flat pattern firstly.Furthermore,Tajima DG/ML design software was applied to design 3D cording embroidery shoe upper pattern.Finally,the finishing method of the shoe upper was given.The results show that the 3D cording embroidery shoe upper presents fine shaping effect,lightness,air permeability,beautiful appearance,simple technologies and low-carbon environment.This paper also provides the design and production basis for 3D cording embroidery shoe upper.
