摘 要:分析了传统纺纱装备存在着工序多、设备运行效率低、用工多等弊端及进行改造升级的必要性。从第十八届上海国际纺织工业展览会展示的纺纱设备向自动化、连续化、智能化发展的特点,为传统纺纱装备进行改造升级指明了方向。提高装备运行效率、缩短纺纱工序,采用机器换人、减少劳动用工是传统纺纱业改造升级的重点。随着智能化与信息网络化技术的广泛应用,彻底改变了纺纱业的原有生产和管理模式,跨入智能化与互联网新时代,使纺纱业从劳动密集型向技术密集型迈进。The defects of traditional spinning equipment such as multiple processes,low equipment operation efficiency and many laborers,and the necessity of reform and upgrading were analyzed in this paper.The spinning equipment exhibited in the 18th Session of Shanghai International Exhibition on Textile Industry develops to automation,serialization and intelligentization,which indicates the direction for transforming and upgrading traditional spinning equipment.The key point of traditional spinning transformation and upgrading is to improve equipment operation efficiency,shorten spinning processes,adopt robots and reduce laborers.With the extensive application of intelligentization and information network technology,the original production and management mode of textile industry is changed thoroughly.Therefore,the textile industry steps into the new era of intelligentization and internet and advances to technology intensive type from labor intensive type.
