摘　　要：随着城市轨道交通建设的迅猛发展,轨道交通工程专业的人才需求越来越大。本文首先对轨道交通人才培养现状进行分析,总结就业率低的原因,确立了以提高就业能力为目的的培养目标;并采用问卷调查的方法分析厦门理工学院轨道交通专业教学中存在的问题,提出优化课程体系的具体方法,为高等学校的轨道交通工程专业教学改革提供理论参考依据。With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction,the demand for talents in rail transit engineering is increasing more and more.Firstly,this paper analyzed the status of personnel training of rail transportation,and the reasons for the low rate of professional employment.Then training objectives were established to improve the professional ability.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the course teaching and practice teaching in Xiamen University of Technology.In order to provide theoretical reference and method for teaching reform of rail transit management and solve the problems and challenges in teaching and practice,the paper provide several improving methods.
