摘　　要：本文研究探讨新型的金融工程人才培养模式,探索如何培养适应金融改革与创新发展、符合新兴金融要求的专门人才。研究探索充分体现改革与创新需求的人才培养模式。在外部环境背景研究、目标定位分析的基础上,充分考虑办学特色,进行教学体系的设计,形成比较完善的培养方案。This paper studies the training mode of financial engineering talent model,to explore how to cultivate talents for financial reform and innovation and development,and for the emerging financial institutions.Research and explore the talent training mode which fully reflects the needs of reform and innovation.Based on analysis of external environment background research,target positioning;fully consider the characteristics,design of teaching system,forming a relatively perfect training program.
