在职工程硕士研究生培养过程中的问题探析与思考

摘　　要：本文分析了在职工程硕士研究生教育基本特征,针对其特征提出了在培养过程中,较易出现的几个共性问题并提出相关改进建议,希望在今后的工程硕士招生、培养过程中有所帮助。This article analyzed the basic characteristics of the education for incumbency engineering master.It pointed out some common problems which were easier to exist in cultivation process and gave some suggestions for improvement.It would be helpful in recruiting and cultivation process for incumbency engineering master.
