摘　　要：本文以12所中医药大学人才培养模式创新实验区为研究目标,通过对中医药人才培养的历史分析,总结了中医药人才培养的一般规律,明确了人才培养模式创新实验区的内涵,提出了创新实验区人才培养模式改革的思路,设计出人才培养模式创新实验区的方案,并建立了人才培养模式创新实验区的管理及运行机制,最终形成有利于多样化中医药创新人才成长的培养体系,为培养中医药创新人才奠定了坚实的基础。Based on 12 Traditional Chinese Medicine University talents training mode of innovative experimental zone as the research target,this paper summarizes the general rule of cultivating Chinese medicine talents through the historical analysis of the cultivation of Chinese medicine talents,and makes clear the intension of the Innovation experiment zone of talent training mode.This paper puts forward the idea of reforming the talent training mode of innovative experimental zone,designs innovative training mode experimental zone to establish a training mode of management and operation mechanism,and finally forms training system which is beneficial to the diversification of Chinese traditional medicine innovation talents.It has laid a solid foundation for training innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
