摘  要:培养在机械制造专业方面有创新能力的人才是我们职业教育的培养目标,这就需要改变以前的学习习惯,找出学生对每个知识点的学习障碍,"穷追猛打"使其接受新的认知,最终认识事物与现象的本质。老师要尽可能构造问题环境,使学生能一目了然,从而发现问题本质,如果达不到效果就要一问到底找出其障碍,配合学生特点解决问题。The cultivation of innovation ability in machinery manufacturing professional talent training goal is our occupation education,This will require a change in previous learning habits,to find out the students'learning disabilities of each knowledge point,"hot pursuit"to accept new knowledge and understanding of the final nature of things and phenomena.As a teacher,as much as possible to construct the problem environment,so that students can clear at a glance to find the essence of the problem,if you can not achieve the effect,you have to ask,in the end to find obstacles,with the characteristics of students to solve problems.
