摘　　要：在"一带一路"的国家倡议建设下,中国社会正在发生巨大的变革,经济转型、政治转轨、多元文化价值观的碰撞,社会、学校、家庭多层次教育的断裂失衡,淡化了大学生对社会责任感的正确认知和践行。高校应加强培养学生的国际意识与能力,注重本土优秀传统文化的传承,构建社会、学校、家庭立体化教育模式,创新教育理念和思路,引导大学生加强实践锻炼,提升大学生的社会责任感意识。Under the national strategy of"the Belt and Road",universities should step up training students'international awareness and ability,pay attention to the inheritance of excellent local traditional culture,build a three-dimensional education model of society,schools and families,innovate the educational concepts and ideas,and guide college students to strengthen their practice Exercise,enhance college students'social responsibility.
