摘　　要：本文在分析国内外卓越工程师实践基地运行现状、存在问题的基础上,针对传统的实习基地运行已经难以跟上时代要求、实习过程中"放羊式"现象、实习基地建设乏力等问题,提出了一系列的措施和方法,为卓越工程师工程实习基地构建及其管理模式改革提供了参考。By analyzing the situation of practice training base of excellent engineer at home and abroad in recent years,a series of methods have been put forwarded to overcome the problems such as out of date,lack of management,in-stability and so on.It provides references for construction and management mode reform of excellent engineer practice training base.
