摘　　要：Co-op带薪实习是继暑假大学生教学见习、顶岗实习、教学实习之后又一全新的实习方式。本文以浙江工商大学物流管理专业为例,阐述了Co-op实习框架、实施流程和成效,为高校大学生的实践教学提供借鉴和参考。Co-op with paid is a new method of practice based on the college students'undergraduate teaching,internship,teaching practice.Taking the logistics management specialty of Zhejiang Gongshang University as an example,it is elaborated the Co-op practice framework,implementation process and results,which provides the reference and advice for college students'practice teaching.
