摘　　要：就当前医事法学教学的现实情况而言,采用诊所式教育方式能够有效改善传统医事法学教学中存在的缺乏实践教育的不足,能够很好地支持医事法学以塑造应用型人才为导向的教学方针,树立起鲜明的教育特色。在这种背景下,本文首先概述了诊所式教育的发展及功能定位,进而分别探讨了诊所式教育在医事法学教学中运用的价值、运用过程中存在的困境以及有效运用的可行策略,以求为诊所式教育方式更好地在医事法学教学中发挥出价值提供参考。In the current situation of medical jurisprudence teaching,the use of clinic education method can effectively improve the deficiency of education in traditional medicine teaching,it is good to support the medical law to shape the application-oriented teaching policy,and set up the distinctive education characteristics.In this context,In this paper,the development and function orientation of clinic education are summarized.Then respectively to investigate the clinic education in medical jurisprudence teaching in the process of use,the value of the existing difficulties and feasible strategy of effective use,to the clinic education way better play out in the teaching,it provides reference value.
