摘 要:无机化学实验过程中广泛使用金属银离子,随废液直接排放,不仅污染环境,而且造成资源浪费。本研究拟将实验废液中的银盐、Ag Cl、Ag Br等均转换为硫代硫酸银络离子,基于伏安法考察硫代硫酸银络离子的电化学行为,探讨其在玻碳电极表面的氧化还原过程及机理,优化其最佳沉积电位、沉积时间,并采用扫描电子显微镜表征电沉积制备银的表面形貌,表明-0.4V恒电位条件下可在玻碳电极表面沉积出纳米花状银纳米粒子。该研究过程可促使学生将无机化学、物理化学、仪器分析课程中的基础知识及技能与实际应用相结合,掌握电化学分析方法及图谱解析、形貌表征等手段,提高学生综合素养及科研创新能力。Silver salts were extensively used in many inorganic chemistry experiments.If they were poured into sewer system directly without any pretreatments,not only pollutes the ecological environment but also wastes noble metal resource.In this study,any sorts of silver including silver salt,AgCl,AgBr etc.in experimental waste solution were transferred into silver thiosulphate.Electrochemical behavior of silver thiosulphate was investigated using voltammetry.The redox process and electrochemical mechanism of silver thiosulphate were discussed thoroughly.Experimental conditions such as electrochemical deposition potential and time were optimized.The morphological image of silver film obtained on a glassy carbon electrode surface was characterized using scanning electron microscope.The result indicates some flower-like silver nanoparticles were deposited onto the electrode surface under a constant potential of-0.4 V.This study reconciles the basic knowledge and skills of inorganic chemistry,physical chemistry and instrumental analysis,and also promotes students to practice in practical applications.From this study,students can master electrochemical methods and learn how to analysis voltammograms and characterize morphology.Through practice in this study,the comprehensive literacy,innovation ability and scientific research level of students can be improved significantly.
