摘　　要：查阅近20年国内外报道厚朴化学成分的研究文献,系统整理其中报道的各种类型化合物,结果从厚朴和凹叶厚朴中共分离和确定的化学成分共计171种,主要有木脂素、酚酸、苯乙醇苷、生物碱、挥发油、黄酮等化合物和其他类成分,为今后厚朴资源的深入研究开发和利用提供参考。The chemical constituents from the Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex were summarized by consulting the literatures,papers and other reviews in recent twenty years.The results showed that 171 chemical constituents from the Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex including lignans,phenols,phenylethanoid glycosides,alkaloids,volatile oil,flavonoid and other compounds were classified in this review,which will provide some guidelines for the research,development and utilization of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.
