品管圈活动对降低急诊患者安全转运缺陷率的临床实践效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对降低急诊患者安全转运缺陷率的临床实践效果。方法开展以"降低急诊患者安全转运缺陷率"为主题的品管圈活动,根据品管圈活动步骤对急诊患者安全转运进行主题选定、活动计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨、效果确认、标准化、检讨与改进。结果在急诊科开展品管圈活动后,急诊危重患者转运缺陷率由改善前89.5%下降到15.2%,下降幅度为74.3%。达标率125.8%,进步率82.9%。结论品管圈活动能有效提高急诊患者转运质量和综合素质,为患者提供安全的转运和全程优质护理,增加团队凝聚力和互相协作能力,提高工作效率和病人满意度,提升医院社会效应和形象。Objective To explore the effect of QC activities on reducing the rate of safe transport defect in emergency patients.Methods The exhibition will focus on the“Quality Reduction Transit Defect Rate for Emergency Patients”theme.According to the steps of the quality circle,the theme of the safe transfer of emergency patients will be selected,the activity plan will be drawn,the status quo will be grasped,the goal setting,analysis,and the formulation,countermeasure implementation and review,effectiveness validation,standardization,review and improvement.Results After quality control circle activities were implemented in the emergency department,the critical rate of emergency transport critical patients decreased from 89.5%before improvement to 15.2%,a decrease of 74.3%.The rate of compliance is 125.8%and the rate of improvement is 82.9%.Conclusion QC activities can effectively improve the quality of transfer and comprehensive quality of emergency patients,provide safe transportation and full-quality high-quality care for patients,increase team cohesion and mutual cooperation ability,improve work efficiency and patient satisfaction,and enhance hospital social effects and image.
