摘　　要：目的分析小儿心脏外科外周静脉留置针使用过程中的风险因素,并制定对策。方法选取2017年5月~2017年8月我科住院的使用外周静脉留置针患者200例,对穿刺、固定操作流程,延长留置时间及护士综合能力进行风险管理。在实施期间制定护理措施,风险管理手法进行干预。结论提高护理人员风险意识,能够有效降低风险事件的发生率。Objective Analyze the risk factors in the use of peripherally inserted needle in pediatric cardiac surgery and to formulate countermeasures.Method From May 2017 to August 2017,200 patients who were hospitalized in our department were treated with peripheral venous indwelling needle.The risk management was carried out on the puncture,the fixed operation process,the prolongation of the retention time and the comprehensive ability of the nurses.During the implementation period,nursing measures and risk management techniques were formulated.Conclusion Improving the risk awareness of nurses can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events.
