老年压疮患者应用集束化护理的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在老年患者压疮的治疗过程中采用集束化护理的临床效果观察。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年3月所收治的老年压疮患者102例,采用计算机随机表法分为观察组(n=51)和对照组(n=51),对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予集束化护理管理,分别观察两组患者10 d内的压疮改善情况、护理满意度及及患者负面情绪改善情况。结果两组患者的负面情绪均有所改善,但观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的压疮均有明显的改善,观察组压疮改善的有效率为98.04%,对照组为78.44%(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度98%高于参照组患者护理满意度78.4%,组间对比差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论在老年压疮患者护理过程中,采用集束化护理管理能够显著改善压疮的愈合,缓解患者负面情绪,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of cluster bundled nursing for senile pressure sores patients.Methods Choosed 102 senile cluster bundled nursing for senile pressure sores patients from Mar.2016 to Mar.2017 to divide into study group and controlled group with 51 cases in each.The controlled group were treated with routine nursing,the study group were treated with cluster bundled nursing.Compared the improvement and satisfaction rate of these two groups.Results The improvement of negative emotion of study group was better than controlled group(P<0.05).And the effective rate of study group was 98.04%,higher than 78.44%of controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using cluster bundled nursing for senile pressure sores patients can improve pressure sores cure and remit nagative emotion to improve patients’satisfaction rate.
