摘　　要：目的:了解并比较分析公立医院管理者与医护人员对医院社会责任的认知情况。方法:采用目的性抽样方式对北京市6所三甲医院(3所综合、3所专科)的495名医护人员与91名医院管理者使用问卷进行认知情况调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果:总体认知情况尚好,但医院管理者在部分指标上认知程度低于医护人员。结论:医院应加强医院内部人员对于政策价值取向的认同度,让卫生政策能够更好地落地和实行;完善治理结构,增强外部监督以提升对医院社会责任的认知。Objectives:To understand and compare the awareness of hospital's social responsibility between hospital administrators and medical staff.Methods:A total of 495 medical staffs and 91 hospital administrators in 6 top tertiary hospitals(three general and three specialist)in Beijing were surveyed by using homemade questionnaire by purposive sampling.Results:The overall cognitive situation on hospital social responsibility is relative good,but the hospital administrators’awareness in some indicators is lower than that of the medical staff.Conclusions:It is considered that medical staff’s awareness of policy value tendency needs to be strengthened to better implementing policy and hospital governance structure needs to be completed to strengthen external inspection on hospital social responsibility.
