摘　　要：目的:探讨患者对公立医院社会责任信息披露的认知、最需要的披露指标内容。方法:采用问卷调查法收集相关数据,调查对象为北京市6所公立医院的患者,采用SPSS 24.0数据分析软件进行描述性分析。结果:70.7%的患者需要医院社会责任信息;62.4%的患者最信任的披露组织是卫生行政部门;56.2%的患者最希望以医院网站方式进行信息披露;67.3%的患者认为采用文字描述的形式最能理解信息的意义;患者最需要的内容为患者安全、费用适宜、合理用药等相关指标。结论:卫生行政部门应将患者最需要的指标在其官方网站或要求在医院网站上对外公布,以实现公众对医院的监管、促使医院改善医疗服务质量。Objectives:To explore the patients'cognition of the public hospital social responsibility information disclosure and most needed disclosure indexes.Methods:The questionnaire method was used to collect the relevant data,and the surveyed patients were from 6 public hospitals in Beijing.Results:70.7%of the patients might use hospital social responsibility information.A total of 62.4%of the patients indicated that health administrative department is the most trusted organizations for disclosing hospital social responsibility information.In addition,56.2%of the patients preferred to get the information through hospital websites and 67.3%preferred the form of literary description.Patients’most needed indexes are about patient safety,appropriate cost and rational drug use.Conclusions:It is considered to disclose patient most needed index on the official website of health administration organization to support external inspection and improve medical quality.
