摘　　要：目的:以UTAUT为理论基础,开发国内患者医疗服务信息采纳量表,了解患者对医疗服务信息的采纳现状和影响因素。方法:采用文献研究法设计量表,通过专家咨询和预调查形成量表。对北京市6所三甲医院的患者展开现场调查,联合采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析检测量表。结果:量表包含5个维度,总体的Cronbach's α值为0.931,5个维度的Cronbach's α值为0.749~0.856,均在在0.7以上;经探索性因子分析得到的5个因子的累积方差贡献率达75.787%,各公因子上的因子载荷均大于0.5;验证性因子分析结果如下:λ~2/df=1.903,适配度指数=0.971,调整后适配度指数=0.953,规准适配指数=0.974,非规准适配指数=0.982,比较适配指数=0.987,渐进残差均方和平方根=0.038,测量模型具有良好的适配性。结论:运用UTAUT理论构建的患者医疗服务信息采纳量表具有一定的适用性、科学性和实用性。Objectives:To explore and develop the scale of patients'adoption of medical care information based on UTAUT and to understand the current situation and influencing factors of patients’adoption of medical care information.Methods:The literature research method was used to set up a scale.Through expert consultation and pre-investigation,the scale was initially determined.Field investigations were conducted on patients from 6 hospitals and scales were tested by the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Results:The scale consists of 5 dimensions.The overall Cronbach'sαis 0.931 and the Cronbach'sαis 0.749-0.856 in five dimensions,all of which are greater than 0.7.The results of exploratory factor analyze are that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the five factors reached 75.787%and the factor load on each common factor is greater than 0.5.The results of confirmatory factor analysis show thatλ2/df=1.903,GFI=0.971,AGFI=0.953,NFI=0.974,TLI=0.982,CFI=0.987,RMSEA=0.038.The measurement model has good adaptability.Conclusions:The patient medical care information adoption scale based on UTAUT theory has certain applicability,scientific and practicability.
