基于文献分析的公立医院医疗信息披露指标体系完善研究

摘　　要：目的:弥补现有医疗信息披露内容不充分、不完整的不足,完善信息披露内容。方法:运用文献分析法对现有医疗信息披露指标体系及国内外学者的研究观点进行汇总总结。结果:医疗信息披露指标体系中应补充的披露指标有财务收支信息、住院患者死亡率、病床使用率、医疗事故发生率及患者满意度调查结果等5项信息。结论:上述指标应纳入现有公立医院医疗信息披露指标体系中,将会对患者就医选择、公立医院的社会监督及提高公立医院的公益性具有重要作用。Objectives:To make up for the inadequate and incomplete contents of existing medical information disclosure and improve the content of information disclosure.Methods:Using the method of literature analysis to summarize the existing medical information disclosure index system and the research opinions of domestic and foreign scholars.Results:The indicators of medical information disclosure should add financial revenue and expenditure information,hospital mortality,hospital bed occupancy rate,the incidence of medical accidents and patient satisfaction survey results.Conclusion:The above indicators should be included in the existing public hospital medical information disclosure index system,which will play an important role in the selection of patients for medical treatment,social supervision in public hospitals and public welfare in public hospitals.
