摘　　要：目的:了解2009年新医改以来鼓励社会办医政策实施效果及其运行情况。方法:从医院规模、医疗质量、医疗服务工作效能3方面对社会办医政策实施效果进行分析。结果:民营医院数量、床位数、诊疗量、入院人数、病床使用率都呈上升趋势,且每年增速都较快;但仍存在医院数量与其医疗服务量不相匹配、医疗服务效率有待进一步提高等问题。结论:建议从强化内涵建设,实行差异化发展战略;引入信用理念,加强社会办医监管等方面来改进。Objectives:To understand the effect and its implementation of private capital investment on hospital policy under healthcare reform since 2009 in China.Methods:Hospital scale,medical quality,medical care effectiveness and efficiency were compared before and after implementing encouraging private capital investment on hospital policy.Results:It shows that the number,beds,the amount of visiting and hospitalization,bed utilization rate of private hospital have been increased year by year.Problems such as mismatch of hospital resources and healthcare provision and inefficiency of medical care also exist.Conclusions:suggestions such as strengthening inherence construction,differentiation competitive and strengthening regulation are presented.
