摘　　要：取消挂号费、诊疗费,设立医事服务费,是北京市公立医疗机构实施医药分开综合改革的重要内容之一。在医改新形势下,对挂号服务提出了新要求。首都医科大学宣武医院通过做好改革节点前后预约挂号的有效衔接、精细化管理号源、拓展挂号服务平台、增加挂号查询服务、调整挂号窗口功能、提升挂号人文服务等方面的挂号服务新举措,求新、求变、求发展,适应医院、科室发展需要,满足患者就诊需求。实践证明,挂号服务是门诊医疗服务的重要组成部分,体现医院综合服务理念和整体服务水平,在落实医药分开综合改革中发挥更大作用。Remove registration fee,consultation fee and setting up medical service fee is one of the important contents of the public hospital comprehensive reform in Beijing.Healthcare reform makes new requirement on registration.New countermeasures such as smoothly link reservation registration,fine management registration resources,carrying out query service,optimizing registration window function and improving humanistic care have been carried out to match the demands of patients and hospital development.It shows that registration is an important part of outpatient care,reflects hospital service concept and management.It has played important roll on implementing public hospital comprehensive reform in Beijing.
