雷火灸神阙穴干预慢性疲劳综合征患者的对照研究

摘　　要：目的评价雷火灸神阙穴干预慢性疲劳综合征患者的效果。方法采用随机对照的临床研究方法,观察组采用雷火灸,对照组采用传统清艾条悬灸,2组均选用神阙穴施灸,疗程均为隔日1次,3次为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。最终完成病例观察组36例,对照组34例。观察干预前、干预4个疗程末慢性疲劳综合征疲劳量表得分及临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组慢性疲劳综合征患者的疲劳量表评分均降低,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为86.11%,对照组为79.41%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组痊愈和显效比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸神阙穴能有效改善慢性疲劳综合征的疲劳程度,无明显不良反应,疗效优于对照组。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on Shenque acupoint in the treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was adopted.There were 36 cases in thunder-fire moxibustoin group and 34 cases in traditional moxibution group.Both groups were treated with moxibustion on Shenque acupoint every other day for totally 12 times.Chalde Fatigue Scale was used to assess the clinical effects before and after the treatment.Results Chronic fatigue syndrome was improved in the 2 groups,especially in thunder-fire moxibustion group after 4 courses of treatment intervention(P<0.05).Total effective rate was 86.11%in thunder-fire moxibustion group,which was higher than that of 79.41%in traditional moxibustion group,but there was no statistical significance in the 2 groups(P>0.05).The proportions of the cured and markedly in the thunder-fire moxibustion group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion could effectively improve the chronic fatigue syndrome without obvious adverse reactions and its effect is superior to that of traditional moxibustion.
