融合焦点解决的团体舞动干预改善早期帕金森患者负性心理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨融合焦点解决的团体舞动干预改善早期帕金森患者焦虑抑郁情绪、疾病不确定感及自我接纳的效果。方法选取北京市某医院神经内科2016年1月—2017年1月收治的早期帕金森患者80例分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受常规的心理护理,观察组接受融合焦点解决治疗的舞动团体干预,比较干预后2组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、疾病不确定感及自我接纳水平。结果干预前1 d,2组患者焦虑抑郁、疾病不确定感及自我接纳评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预1个月和2个月时,观察组患者焦虑抑郁和疾病不确定感显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),自我接纳评分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论融合焦点解决的团体舞动治疗可以有效改善早期帕金森患者焦虑抑郁情绪,消除其疾病不确定感,提升其自我接纳。Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused group dance on improving anxiety and depression,uncertainty in illness and self acceptance of Parkinson’s disease(PD)patients in the early stage.Methods Eighty cases of PD patients in the early stage from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine psychological care,while the observation group received solution-focused group dance.The level of anxiety,depression,disease uncertainty and self acceptance of 2 groups after the intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,the level of anxiety,depression,illness uncertainty and self acceptance of the 2 groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).But the level of anxiety,depression and uncertainty in illness was lower(P<0.05)and the score of self-acceptance was significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group 1 month and 2 months after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Solution-focused group dance can effectively improve anxiety and depression in PD patients in the early stage,eliminate their uncertainty in illness and enhance their self acceptance.
